At Big Tyre, we rebuild and repair tyres for almost any application, from racing to mining tyres.

Using the highest quality rubber and proven processes, we recondition tyres that rival, and often surpass, the tread quality and lifetime of new tyres.

Please note: Currently, we recondition customers' own tyres for the Australian market only. We also hold limited stocks of secondhand tyres and tyre cases for rebuilding.

Tyres for minig and earthmover use
  • Mining & Earthmoving - all sizes up to 2.75m diameter (including tyres with rim sizes up to 49"). Choice of patterns. We even offer a logger-style tractor tread for earthmoving tyres in very slippery situations.
  • Grader - Excellent gripping tread design, which often wears better than new.
  • Compactor - Solid and pneumatic tyres are retreaded with a hard-wearing compound in a slick pattern.
  • Forklift - Hard wearing compound suitable for all industrial work.
  • Speedway - Soft compound for top racing performance. Soft compound lasts well on clay, or choose medium hardness for performance and endurance on granite.
  • Dragster - Soft racing compound provides excellent grip, using either regular car tyres or soft-walled drag tyres. Lower your times, and save more than 50% compared to new tyre prices.
  • Rally - Performance tyres with wide grooves and square shoulders.
Racing tyres retreaded for use on speedway, rally, drag & road use.
Tractor and Logger Tyres relugged
  • Truck - Chip resistant rubber offering good wear on both bitumen and gravel.
  • Implement - Our retread rubber lasts much better than new tyres in black soil.
  • Agricultural - Our retreads often achieve 30% better wear than new tyres. Tractor tyres can be relugged and retreaded in a variety of patterns, and aircraft tyres can be modified for agricultural use.
